Наполеон Алеков е роден на 22 април 1912 г. в град Тулча, Румъния. Пристига в България, когато е на две години. Учи се от италиански майстори. Той е изтъкнат маринист. Представял е творчеството си в над 25 самостоятелни изложби и оставя над 10 000 картини, притежание на колекционери в страната и чужбина.
